Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

The Head of Digital and AI Products will lead the strategic development, delivery, and lifecycle management of digital and AI‑driven products and solutions across the organisation. This role is responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, building and leading a high‑performing product team, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and customer needs.
