Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Assist in processing and preparing financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Support the maintenance of accounting records by organising and filing documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Participate in special projects as assigned, which may include data analysis, research, and reporting tasks.
