Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager located in Johore, Malaysia. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data to make informed decisions, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. The role also involves overseeing the sales team, setting targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including strategy development and campaign management
• Experience in conducting market research and data analysis
• Leadership skills to oversee and motivate the sales team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Johore, Malaysia
• Familiarity with real estate development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
