Production Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Production Manager to lead our dynamic manufacturing operations in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector. The ideal candidate will oversee complex operations, ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality electronic assemblies. You will play a pivotal role in achieving production targets and driving continuous improvement within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility :

• To manage the SMT and back-end assembly process.
• Plan and organize manpower and resources to maximize the manufacturing operations efficiency and cost effectiveness especially in a High Mix Low Volume production.
• Monitor work in progress and analyze production schedules & material usage to determine the ability to meet the build plan.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking.
• Able to plan and ensure meet the customers demand and on time delivery to customer.
• Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure the final product meets customer and industry standards.
• Estimate labour, material and machining requirements to determine production schedules.
• Ensure that supervisors and operators are appropriately trained to carry out their daily activities that may create a significant impact to the environment.
• Interface with all levels in the organization to provide the necessary information and actions required.
• Identifying and addressing production issues or bottlenecks to maintain workflow and reduce downtime.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including metrics on efficiency, quality, and production output.
• Work closely with other departments such as quality control and engineering to ensure smooth production operations.
