Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of carpentry or cabinetry experience preferred.
- Able to understand basic technical drawings and installation flow.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and site coordination skills.
- Responsible and hands-on attitude.
- Willing to travel to multiple sites and work flexible hours.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in Project Coordination
Support the site manager in communicating with sales staff, installers, and homeowners.Help follow up on project timelines and coordinate daily site activities.2. Touch-Up Material Handling
Ensure necessary items (e.g., touch-up paint, screws, panels) are ready for installer use.Arrange for collection or delivery of materials as needed.3. Basic Site Review & Reporting
Conduct basic checks on-site conditions and progress.Highlight any issues or defects to the site manager for follow-up.Take photos and update status for internal reporting.Benefits
