Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Location : Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable machine learning models in production environments.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize machine learning use cases that drive business impact.
• Manage the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle , including data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive model optimization, hyperparameter tuning , and A / B testing to continuously improve model performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship , establishing best practices in machine learning engineering, MLOps, and software development standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging ML / AI trends and technologies , evaluating their potential application to business challenges.
• Communicate strategic, data-driven insights and influence technical and business decision-making at leadership levels.
