What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Head of Marketing & Product Management who will join our team in the Marketing & Product Management Department .

Team Leadership / People Management :

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team.
• Set clear goals and objectives for team members and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.

Brand and Digital Marketing :

Product Sales Growth and Profitability :

Sell Out and Other Trade Activities :

Budget Management and Relevant Reporting :

E-commerce and Other Digital Activation :

The position is an onsite position based in Selangor, Malaysia .
