What The Role Entails

Key Responsibilities

• HRSSC Operations :

Prepare, review, and issue employment contracts, renewal letters, and addendums in accordance with templates and policy guidelines.

Support enrolment, changes, and terminations in employee benefit plans within Workday.

Perform quarterly audits to ensure data integrity.

Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, policy interpretation, and Workday navigation.

Participate in multiple projects from Global HR (COE) or improvement projects (e.g., data cleanup, process improvement and streamlining projects).
