Purpose :

• As Rotating Equipment Team Lead, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the Rotating Equipment team at the Shorebase. Your role involves planning, coordinating, and following up on maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal performance of the rotating equipment packages. You will lead improvement initiatives and assurance activities for the Shorebase team.
• You ensure compliance with safety standards, improve operational efficiency, and support the company's overall objectives.
