Role

The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist is a crucial role that will enable us to deliver high‑performing advertising campaigns while mentoring and guiding junior team members. Specifically, this entails :

• Managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across key platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Providing performance insights and optimization strategies to meet and exceed client goals.
• Supporting and training team members to uphold best practices in ad operations.

This role demands mastery in digital advertising, campaign optimization, client relationship management, and team training. To be successful, you must have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results.
