Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and training rehabilitation technologies.
  • Manage a portfolio of well established hospitals, clinics and institutions.
  • Self‑plan and arrange visits with prospects and existing clients; achieve monthly visit and sales KPIs.
  • Provide regular reporting through KPI sheets (visits, demos, and conversions).
  • Coordinate with management and respond within defined time limits for reports and emails.
  • Maintain professional appearance and represent the company positively in all client interactions.
  • Handle demonstrations and sales for a range of technologies from RM10k to up to a million.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Biology, Clinical Science, Physiotherapy, or related fields preferred.
  • Sales experience required (2 years with strong performance justification).
  • Medical sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of hospital / clinic systems and the SOCSO / PERKESO rehabilitation program is a plus.
  • Must possess own car and a valid driving license.
  • Tech‑savvy, self‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Enjoys fieldwork, flexible schedules, and freedom in managing time.
  • Able to meet deadlines and performance targets.

    • Compensation & Benefits

    Commission : RM 500–1,000 per month (based on performance). Performance bonuses for exceeding sales and KPI targets. EPF / SOCSO / EIS contributions. Career growth opportunities in the rehabilitation technology sector.
