Requirements
- Boilerman Certificate (Competent Person - Steam Engineer) from DOSH.
- SHO Certification (Green Book Holder) under JKKP.
- Knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other relevant laws.
- Experience in boiler operations & safety management
- This dual role requires both technical boiler expertise and OSH compliance skills, making IT crucial for industries like manufacturing, plantations, and power plants.

Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers and related equipment.Ensure proper boiler pressure, temperature, and water levels.Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs.Follow safety protocols to prevent boiler malfunctions or accidents.Maintain logs of boiler operations, maintenance, and fuel consumption.Comply with environmental and industrial regulations (e.g., DOSH, DOE).Safety and Health Coordinator (SHO) ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies.Conduct risk assessments (HIRARC) and recommend safety improvements.Organize safety training, drills, and awareness programs for employees.Inspect workplaces for hazards (fire, electrical, chemical, etc.) and ensure compliance.Investigate workplace accidents and prepare reports for authorities (e.g.,DOSH / KKMEnsure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Maintain safety records and documentation for audits.Liaise with JKKP (Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan) and other regulators.Additional Duties (Combined Role)
Ensure boilers meet safety standards under Factories and Machinery Act (FMA).Coordinate emergency response plans for boiler-related incidents.Promote a safety culture among workers.Benefits
