SENIOR SALES MANAGER

We are company committed to introducing excellent electronics and semiconductor equipment in Southeast Asia to support the electronic and manufacturing industries. We are seeking dynamic commercial leader to join our sales team to drive the growth of its electronic and semiconductor equipment portfolio. 1-2 position available.

REQUIREMENTS :

3-8 years of technical sales / key customer management experience in SMT-related electronic equipment, semiconductor equipment, components, materials, or related fields.

Familiarity with processes and equipment in at least one of the following areas : PCB, FPD, wafer fabrication, test and packaging.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Office software, with basic financial and legal knowledge.

Strong industry connections and client resources.

Excellent customer communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Strong ambition and career development, enjoy challenging, high-paying jobs, and be able to withstand pressure.

Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills. Curious about trends in electronic equipment and semiconductor technology, and willing to learn continuously.

Bachelor's degree or above with a relevant engineering background.

Fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Mandarin and English to communicate with client.

Must able to work in Batu Kawan, Penang.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

To be a strong part of the sales team to drive the growth of electronic and semiconductor equipment sales in Southeast Asia.

To understand equipment specifications and performance, and communicate effectively with the client's procurement / technical team.
