Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance by analyzing and interpreting financial data.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Structure financial activities and transactions to optimize valuation for potential investors or stakeholders.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Manage cash flow, investment, and risk management activities.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Handle ad-hoc managerial duties as required.
