Job descriptionFamiliar with Xiaohongshu / RED, TikTok, Instagram, or other social media platforms Able to research, evaluate, and communicate effectively with KOLs Strong coordination, follow‑up ability, and attention to detail Responsible, self‑disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment Familiar with Singapore Influencer marketing, KOL management, or agency experience Social media operations or related internship experience Cross‑border project exposure with a Singapore-based marketing team Opportunities to work with well-known brands (e.g., BreadTalk Group, Irvins, Dian Xiao Er, Pan Pacific) Clear SOPs and experienced team support Fully remote, flexible environment with a young and collaborative team
Location : Remote (Malaysia)
Salary Range : RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 / month (based on experience / project bonus)
Job Type : Full-Time
FY Ads is a Singapore-based digital marketing agency specializing in the China market (Xiaohongshu / RED, Douyin, WeChat, Meituan-Dianping). We have delivered 500+ cross‑border campaigns for 100+ brands in Singapore.
We are now looking for a Remote KOL Marketing Coordinator based in Malaysia to support our growing regional team.
Responsibilities
- Source, shortlist, and evaluate suitable overseas KOLs (primarily from Xiaohongshu / RED) based on campaign objectives
- Prepare KOL briefs, including content directions, deliverables, and timelines
- Communicate with KOLs on quotations, sampling, content drafts, revisions, and posting schedules
- Track posting status and support simple data consolidation / reporting
- Collaborate closely with Singapore Account Managers to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery
