Merchandiser

Prepare and analyze weekly sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Monitor and take proactive action on low and high sell-through merchandise , reporting irregularities and recommending corrective measures.

Plan and manage product allocation for wholesale accounts in line with sales forecasts and business needs.

Follow up with store’s stock requests / stock transfers.

Liaise with relevant departments on latest launch.

Inventory Management :

Allocate new arrivals to retail stores based on sales performance, store capacity, and market demand.

Monitor and execute stock consolidations and weekly replenishments to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Conduct weekly reviews on store stock cover, sell-through rates, and incoming merchandise to support sales objectives.

Manage and follow up on store stock requests and stock transfers to ensure efficient product flow.

Track upcoming shipments , propose and estimate local launch dates , and coordinate with relevant departments for product launches.

Ensure accurate and timely creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and Proforma Invoices (PIs) in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in Retail Merchandising
• Practical skills : MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Decision making and problem-solving skills
• Passion in sport is a plus!
