Senior Manager, Marketing Communications (Pavilion KL)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual marketing communications plans aligned with the mall's objectives
- Manage all official social media platforms
- Develop and refine marketing and branding goals for each campaign
- Develop online and offline marketing collaterals for mall campaigns including print, fulfilment and distribution
- Manage e-direct mailers (EDM) for campaigns and internal communications
- Manage content on all mall touch points, including signages, directories and brand collaterals
- Ensure brand consistency in all online and offline collaterals based on approved brand guidelines
- Maintain frequent liaison with tenants of the mall to ensure they are getting full support on the mall's marketing communications
- Conduct frequent market research to identify market requirements for current and future campaigns
- Analyse potential partnerships with tenants or external parties to enhance communication outreach for the mall
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or related fieldSolid experience working on a wide range of communication strategies and social media toolsIn-depth understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and its best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinker with a high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environmentSeniority level
