Requirements
- Minimum Certificate / Vocational / Diploma
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Able speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Prefer mandarin speaker as need to communicate with customer and colleagues from Taiwan and China
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to efficiently address customer inquiries and concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
- Able to work in shift including weekend and public holiday
- Knowledge on Crypto Industry but not require
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via email, and chat, providing timely and efficient solutionsTroubleshoot customer issues and provide comprehensive assistance to resolve problemsIdentify and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teamsProvide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and proceduresMaintain a positive, professional, and courteous attitude when interacting with customersBenefits
