Job description

Employee is responsible for Sales and Account Management throughout Asia with prime focus on Malaysia and accountable for overall revenue growth in support of sales and retention efforts. Employee shall develop and implement the company's sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth. Primary goal is to achieve / exceed sales and revenue targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan for sales within defined regions and vertical markets in Asia for the organization.
  • Drive execution of the business plan towards attainment of all targets.
  • Assess, build and manage an array of necessary channels capable of delivering on the company's growth objectives including direct sales and sales via strategic partnerships. Develop sales channels to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with peers to support product / corporate marketing for events.
  • Manage and maintain forecast and related pipeline reporting for the region and for specific vertical markets.
  • Understand and remain current with the competitive and industry landscape.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of partners' business drivers and needs to leverage in opportunity identification and closing deals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop trust, negotiate business objectives and work directly with a broad group of senior executives.
  • Directly develop and manage key accounts in key verticals.
  • Maintain key relationships within customer, partner and supplier organizations.
  • Meet the specified quarterly, bi-annual and / or annual targets.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned.

Qualifications

  • B.A. / B.S. Degree required.
  • 15+ years demonstrated sales experience in telecommunication or IT field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem solver and team builder with skills to influence, implement and lead.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, customer focus, team orientation.
  • A willingness to embrace and live the core values of Network Innovations.
  • Working Conditions

    This position does not have regular work hours or a regular schedule. The incumbent must be available at all times within reason, to advance the goals of the organization. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and software. A valid passport without restrictions is required.

    Physical Requirements

    An ability to travel as required and on occasion on a global basis. Sitting and using a computer for extended periods of time.
