What’s the opportunity?
As the Execution & Enablement (E&E) Associate, you bridge strategy and execution for dLocal’s Payins business across APAC. You ensure smooth delivery of operational initiatives, support market expansions, and drive consistency between global mandates and regional execution. You will establish and manage relationships with payment partners in APAC.
What will I be doing?
Serve as the key contact for enabling new payment methods and capabilities in APAC markets. Enable and test payment processors, ensure credential requests and onboarding for new merchants and partners are within SLAs.
Receive and analyze local and regional mandates, assess operational and business impacts. Communicate and implement changes across countries and maintain centralized mandate logs.
Validate enhancement estimates, assess operational impact of new features or configurations, monitor processor performance and risk appetite across markets, track implementation timelines, and maintain CRM and internal tracking systems with partner information.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ops to roll out new payment features or integrations. Act as the bridge between strategic planning and operational readiness for Payins projects. Support business continuity and issue escalation processes with structured communication and follow-up.
