Internship eCommerce Operation Intern / Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Operation Intern / Trainee to join our team and support our day-to-day online store operations. • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, eCommerce, or related field.   -Interest in eCommerce, customer service, or digital marketing.   -Good communication skills (English / Malay, Chinese is a plus).   -Familiar with online shopping platforms (as a shopper or seller is a bonus!).   -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.   -Responsible, fast learner, and able to work independently.   -Internship placement must be recognized by your university / college (if applicable).
