• Oversee retail operations including store openings, inventory, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
• Lead and develop retail teams, identify talent, and support succession planning through training and coaching.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as merchandising, marketing, and e-commerce to support retail initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and enhance customer experience through localized execution of global programs.
