We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide 2nd level and 3rd level support to ensure issue tickets are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Drive problem management for pro-active management of FI system application services.
• Perform user requirements engineering, design and development for FI solutions in respective domain area.
• Perform testing, user training and deployment of FI application solutions in systematic way.
• Undertake change & release management for FI application services / software deployment cycle.
• Monitor system health and capacity and perform pro-active system maintenance to ensure reliable 24x7 operation of mission-critical applications.
• Undertake 24x7 on-call duty where necessary.
