IT Project Coordinator (Open to Fresh Grad)
The role to coordinate IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring deliverables within scope, budget, and quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Planning : Define project scope, create detailed plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and estimate timelines.
- Team Leadership : Assemble and manage a cross-functional project team, assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and foster collaboration.
- Risk Management : Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues.
- Budget Management : Track project expenditures, manage costs, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Communication : Update stakeholders on progress, address concerns, and facilitate effective communication channels.
- Technical Expertise : Understand IT systems, architectures, and technologies relevant to the project, ensuring technical feasibility and quality.
- Quality Assurance : Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet standards and specifications.
- Stakeholder Management : Build relationships with key stakeholders, manage expectations, and align objectives with business needs.
- Reporting : Prepare status reports, provide KPIs, and present updates to management.
