Job Responsibility

Call and Meet Potential Sellers : Youâll contact people or businesses that are interested in using SPX and explain how everything works.
Help Sellers Sign Up : Guide new sellers through the sign-up process, including account setup and signing any required documents.
Pass to Support Team : Once a seller is fully registered and ready, pass them to our support team to take over.
Check In With Sellers : Follow up with sellers to see how theyâre doing and offer help if they face any issues.
Travel for Meetings : Youâll need to travel often to meet new contacts and sellers in your assigned area.
Find New Sellers : Besides the ones we give you, you should also go out and find other businesses that might want to join SPX.
Where Youâll Work : Mostly in the Klang Valley, but may need to travel to other areas. Must have your own car or motorcycle.

Job Requirements

Language Proficiency : Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

Relationship Management Skills : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.

Independent Work : Able to work independently and meet set targets.

Sales Confidence : Ability to pitch confidently and with a driven attitude to achieve sales targets.

Personality Traits : Outgoing personality with strong negotiation skills.

Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management.

Experience : Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.

Education : Open to fresh graduates with a diploma or degree-level education or higher.

Job Benefits

Base Salary : RM2,500

Statutory Benefits : Based on the Employment Act (EA).

Transport Allowance : RM500 (Klang Valley & Johor only)

Milestone Bonus : Up to RM9,500

Discretionary Incentive (KPI fulfilment) : Up to RM300
