Customer Service Executive

Job descriptionService walk-in customers, promote products, and respond to product / service queries. Maintain customer accounts, handle complaints, and provide solutions. Perform telemarketing for new product initiatives and ensure sales processes follow SOP. Monitor and inspect tomb construction progress, attend Lipi and 100th day ceremony). Assist with unloading materials, check granite supply, and ensure smooth construction. Collect artwork information from customers, prepare sales agreements and quotations. Collect payments, and update customers on tomb progress. Manage sales reports, update leads, and ensure timely order processing. Maintain partnerships with agents and business partners, sending promotional materials and gifts. Prepare annual sales reports and agent analysis. Possess at least a SPM / STPM in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin reader is a must as need to liaise with Mandarin speaker internal & external customer. Required skills : Communication & listening skills, Business etiquette, Detail oriented, Organizing skills and servicing skills. Willing to work at Kulai, Johor. Training will be provided for selected candidates. Housing allowance provided for eligible candidates to support daily or relocation costs.

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to acquire customer service, tomb project coordination, and telemarketing while ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
