UX Product Manager (MY)

What You Will Do

• Champion the User Journey — Develop a deep understanding of how different use roles and profiles use our platform, and translate complex multi‑country employment and payroll requirements into guided, intuitive workflows.
• Design and Prototype Using AI — Use AI‑assisted design and prototyping tools to create UI concepts, screen flows, and product prototypes that visually express requirements before development begins.
• Define Product Requirements With Precision — Write user stories, business logic, UI behaviours, states, and acceptance criteria that reduce ambiguity for engineers and ensure features are development‑ready before entering a sprint.
• Enhance User Happiness and Engagement — Create experiences that users love — simplifying processes, reducing support dependency, and increasing confidence in using AYP Global Pay without extensive training or instructions.
• Collaborate Across Functions — Work closely with the Product team, engineering team, process analyst, and operation teams to ensure product flows are legally compliant, operationally feasible, and enjoyable to use.
• Strengthen Product Trust and Stickiness — Ensure every product interaction reflects our brand promise delivering peace of mind, through price transparency, compliance, and advisory‑driven confidence, resulting in higher product adoption and repeat usage.
• Support Product Continuity — Possess sufficient general product management capability to step in when required — such as contributing to backlog refinement, participating in UAT, or providing product context.
