Industrial Engineer / Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities

Guide onsite improvements using lean and sixisgma tools to improve production productivities and quality, to reduce manufacturing cost, etc.

Implement improvement projects to improve KPI.

Provide training about lean and sixsigma tools.

Assist to organize improvement activities.

Qualifications

Work experience (including technical / professional training and qualification).

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (i.e. Science, engineering, management, operations research / management, etc.).

More than 2 years of experience in continuous improvement and lean activities in electronic manufacturing industry.

Proficient in lean knowledge and implementation of IE tools, such as VSM, HPU, Line balance, SEMD, 5S, 7 wastes, etc.

Experience in lean / IE tool training, and can provide relevant training.

Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Other requirements : (1) Major of Industry Engineering is advantageous. (2) Certifications related to quality / statistics, such as Six Sigma or Lean, are advantageous.
