Key Responsibilities :

• Cost Estimation : Prepare, analyze, and review detailed cost estimates for projects, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency to support precise project budgeting and reduce financial risks.
• Budget Management : Manage and oversee project budgets by monitoring expenditures, streamlining cost-control processes, and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and client requirements.
• Financial Planning : Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize resource allocation, improve cost-effectiveness, and support sustainable project delivery in line with organizational objectives.
• Risk Management : Identify potential financial and operational risks, propose mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations to safeguard project profitability.
• Project Delivery : Track and monitor project progress against budgets and timelines, liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
• Reporting & Documentation : Prepare regular financial reports, progress updates, and supporting documentation to keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements :

Strong proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management, with the ability to provide accurate insights and recommendations.

Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).

General working experience in quantity surveying, construction management, or related fields; exposure to diverse projects will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise effectively with local and international stakeholders.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Willingness and ability to work full-time from the office, ensuring consistent support and collaboration with the project team.
