- Enhance Customer & Marketing Operations
Analyze customer experience (CX) ticket data to identify recurring pain points and develop automated solutions to improve response quality and speed.
Automate the aggregation and review of marketing metrics, competitor campaign analysis, and content topic research to improve team productivity and campaign effectiveness.Automate Core Business OperationsDevelop and maintain automated scripts and workflows for routine data tasks, including compliance reporting, internal client reporting, and daily reconciliations (fees, client holdings, transactions).
Build and manage dashboards that provide a single source of truth for regional KPIs, empowering leadership with actionable, real-time insights.Design and implement automated workflows for reviewing compliance alerts and streamlining KYC / AML decisioning, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.Identify and eliminate points of friction in our compliance processes, creating a smoother and more efficient experience for our clients without compromising rigor.Job Specification :
Qualifications :2-4 years of experience in an analytical, operations, or automation-focused role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script to automate processes within the Google Workspace ecosystem.Demonstrated ability to use low-code / no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) to connect systems and build efficient workflows.Practical experience leveraging AI / LLMs for complex reasoning, data analysis, or building decision-making tools.Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, MixPanel, Segment, Google Analytics).Skills & Attributes :You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to take ownership, build processes from scratch, and drive projects to completion.
