Project Overview
We are the exclusive distributor of Bao H Lab Hair Loss Care Ampoule in Malaysia & Singapore, and we're looking for a freelance graphic designer to create aesthetically pleasing social media content for Instagram and XiaoHongShu (Little Red Book).
The designer will help us produce :
- IG Stories
- IG Posts (Carousels & Static)
- XiaoHongShu posts
All designs will be created in Canva, so we can easily edit text in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
Design modern, premium, beauty-style templates in Canva.Create content that is on-brand for haircare / beauty (clean, clinical yet lifestyle friendly).Adapt designs into IG and XiaoHongShu formats.Provide editable templates for our team / distributors to reuse.Ensure visuals are scroll-stopping, minimal, and premium-looking (aligned with biotech beauty brands).Requirements
Proficiency in Canva (mandatory).Strong portfolio of beauty, skincare, or haircare social media designs.Understanding of Instagram & XiaoHongShu aesthetics (clean, modern, lifestyle-driven).Ability to design for vertical (Stories / Reels covers) and square (Posts / Carousels).Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or haircare design is a big plus.Deliverables
10–15 Canva templates (IG Stories, Carousels, and Static Posts).Editable files so we can localize text (English + Chinese).Consistent visual direction aligned with premium beauty brands.Project Timeline
Initial project : 2 weeksPotential for ongoing collaboration (monthly content packs).Style References
Clean XiaoHongShu-style layouts (minimal, premium, pastel or white backgrounds).IG beauty brands with a focus on before / after, tips, and premium lifestyle content.Please include your portfolio (beauty / haircare work preferred) and confirm your experience with Canva + IG / XiaoHongShu designs.
