As the HR Operations Manager for Southeast Asia and Australia-New Zealand, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR operations by delivering streamlined processes and an exceptional employee experience. What you´ll do
Oversee day-to-day HR operations across Southeast
Asia (SEA) and Australia & New Zealand (ANZ), encompassing onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's
Degree in any field
Minimum
of eight (8) years’ relevant working experience in Human Resource
Preferably from a Shared Service or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
set-up
Knowledge of HR processes and employment
regulations across Southeast Asia (SEA) and Australia & New
Zealand (ANZ)
Excellent
communication skills with a result-driven mindset, and stakeholder
management; Ability to collaborate across different functions and be open
to new ideas
Extensive
managerial and leadership experience plus the ability to work well within
a team, matrix team, or as an individual contributor; With passion for
continuous improvement, efficiency, and delivering great employee
experience
Strong
user experience orientation and a focus on prioritizing user satisfaction
and the capability to effectively handle ambiguous situations and topics
while maintaining HR integrity
Amenable
to work on a day-shift schedule (9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM), and report on a
hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
