Job description

1. R&D Support

  • Assist in the design, assembly, and testing of new 3D printer prototypes.
  • Participate in the development and integration of electronic systems (control boards, wiring, sensors, etc.).
  • Work closely with mechanical and software engineers to optimize overall equipment performance.
  • Conduct reliability and functionality tests, and prepare technical reports.

2. Production Planning & Support

  • Plan and coordinate production schedules and assembly processes for 3D printers.
  • Support the production team in bridging the transition from prototype to mass production.
  • Assist in printer calibration, tuning, and maintenance.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the production process.

    • 3. Documentation & Quality Management

  • Prepare technical documentation such as circuit diagrams, bill of materials (BOM), and testing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and production efficiency projects.

    • 4. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D, procurement, and operations teams to align technical and production requirements.
  • Provide technical input during design reviews and supplier communication.

    • Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (E&E) or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in R&D, automation, or machine equipment production (experience in 3D printing is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of electronic circuits, signal testing, and basic firmware or PLC programming .
  • Hands‑on ability in wiring, assembly, and troubleshooting equipment .
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

  • 具备基础CAD或机械结构知识以便与设计工程师合作。

  • 协助设计、组装与测试新的3D打印机原型。
  • 参与电子系统（控制板、电线连接、感应器等）的开发与整合。
  • 与机械及软件工程师合作，优化设备整体性能。
  • 进行可靠性与功能性测试，并提交技术报告。

    • 2. 生产计划与支持

  • 规划与协调3D打印机的生产进度与装配流程。
  • 协助生产团队完成从原型到批量生产的技术衔接。
  • 支持打印机的校准、调试及维护。
  • 分析并解决生产过程中出现的技术问题。

    • 3. 文档与品质管理

  • 编写技术文件，如线路图、零件清单（BOM）及测试报告。
  • 确保符合质量与安全标准。
  • 参与生产改进及效率提升项目。

    • 4. 跨部门合作

  • 与研发、采购及运营部门紧密配合，确保技术与生产需求一致。
  • 在设计评审与供应商技术沟通中提供专业意见。

    • 任职要求

  • 电气与电子工程（E&E）或相关专业 文凭 / 学士学位 。
  • 1–3年 研发、自动化或机器设备生产 相关经验（具3D打印经验者优先）。
  • 熟悉 电子电路、信号测试、固件或PLC基础编程 。
  • 具备动手能力，能进行设备接线与故障排查。
  • 具备良好的团队协作与问题解决能力。
