Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a multinational team analyzing web data for a prestigious international company;
  • Identify improvement opportunities in work-flow, team structure, user experience, and suggest solutions;
  • Manage ad-hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives as per client requirements;
  • Interface effectively with other teams, delivery lead and client teams;
  • Manage the performance of the team and act as the team’s career counselor;
  • Forecast team output and support scheduling of agents.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of work experience & university education;
  • Team leadership experience and proven track record of success in previous work;
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of other foreign language(s) will be an asset;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Willing to work on shift
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese .
