Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest areas, rooms, and public spaces to ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas according to established standards.
- Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure all supplies are adequately replenished.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Assist in laundry tasks when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guests’ privacy.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Requirements
Prior experience in housekeeping is an advantage.Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Core Competencies
