As an Account Manager at Hilti, you will be the trusted partner for our customers, helping them solve real construction challenges with innovative solutions. This role exists to deliver measurable impact, by understanding customer needs, uncovering new opportunities, and driving impact that make construction better. You’ll build long-term relationships, influence key decisions, and collaborate across teams to create value that shapes the future of the industry.

What You'll do

• Engage with a minimum of 6 customers daily at various construction sites to build strong relationships and provide on-the-ground support.
• Conduct at least one impactful product demonstration each day to showcase solutions and drive customer value.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service.
• Participate in sales planning and strategy development to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and Hilti's product and service offerings.
