What’s the job?

• You'll review and process various types of travel and commercial benefit claims, ensuring data accuracy and identifying any deficiencies.
• Assess claim eligibility and validity by analyzing supporting documentation against policy terms and conditions.
• Draft and issue clear claimant responses, including approvals and denial letters.
• Coordinate daily claims activities with TPAs and adjusters to support smooth and timely processing.
• Manage cardholder inquiries on benefits and claims procedures, providing prompt and effective support.
• Process settlement payments accurately within required timeframes.
• Maintain compliance through timely reserve reviews, proper documentation, and diary management.
• Escalate complaints, large losses, and coverage issues to management when necessary.
