About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Selenium automation test suites using Python
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient test automation solutions
  • Continuously improve and optimise test automation frameworks to enhance the speed, reliability, and maintainability of our testing processes
  • Analyse test results, identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide timely feedback to the development team
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards for the test automation team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of test automation and Selenium

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and its testing frameworks, such as Selenium, Pytest, and Unittest
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive Selenium automation test suites
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
