Assistant Manager, Client Coverage

Responsibilities

• To perform preliminary financial analysis and modeling.
• Compile and analyses preliminary information from publicly available sources via in-depth industry, market and company research from all research database subscribed by the Bank.
• Define and effectively articulate issues and potential solutions.
• Review proposals, pitch books, mandate letters, credit papers prepared by product partners.
• Review deliverables such as valuation analysis, reports, information memorandums, feasibility studies, client presentations to senior management / board that is prepared by product partners.
• Work with Associate Director to deliver consistently valued customer experience and service levels amongst corporate clients in the country as well as across the regions.
• To assist to monitor implementation process and ensure smooth and expeditious delivery and deal completion.
