Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers via various channels.
- Provide professional and knowledgeable service while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Establish strong customer relations with internal and external customers
- Complete data input with a high level of speed and accuracy
- Ensure department and individual goals are consistently met
- Other duties assigned by company leadership
Job requirements
Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.Strong English language skills (Written and spoken)Have a customer-oriented attitudeAdaptable to changing priorities and able to handle situations with empathy, integrity and sincerityAble to work 24 hour rotational shift and on weekends.Minimum 6 months of Customer Service / Airline experience in contact center will be an advantageFresh Graduates are welcome!Salary & Benefits
