Key Responsibilities
The Sales Commission Executive ensures all commissions are accurately calculated per commission schemes and paid on schedule. Keeps stakeholders updated with commission payout results and analysis.
Process Sales Partners' Activation (AI), Marketing Support Fund (MSF) and other Sales Commission & Incentives accurately and timely.Verify, investigate analysis root causes and resolve disputes / claims raised by Channel Sales, Sales Agents and Sales Partners.Prepare AI & MSF payment summary, payment requisition and raise Service Entry & Service Order in Global Trading Post (GTP) for approval.Liaise with Order Processing Team, Sales Teams, Finance, Sales Partners and other support teams to clarify / rectify sales claims rejected and raised as discrepancy claims.Update and maintain all payout records, master data files and backup to track all information in our Commission folders for reference and audit purposes.Ensure documentation on operation processes & procedures are properly updated, maintained and available for use.Maintain proper housekeeping of documents for reference and audit purposes.Assist Team Leader or Team Member in providing Sales Partners’ commission data trend as required by other departments.Support UAT processes as required.Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead or manager.Skills For Success
Diploma or Degree in Business.Good to have 2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Proficient in MS Office – especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable) and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive work attitude.Great attention to detail and numeracy.Seniority Level
