Senior AP Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
• Handle invoice processing and payment approvals, adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Korean or Japanese to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Reconcile AP accounts and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve AP workflows.
• Prepare periodic reports on AP activities for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations.
• Support the team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
