Location : Remote (occasional travel to the Middle East may be required)

Job Type : Contract (5-year call-off basis)

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Specialist HVAC to support a long-term Reliability Analysis Services project for a major oil & gas operator. This role will be primarily remote, with occasional on-site support required in the Middle East. The position focuses on maintenance and reliability improvement using methodologies such as RAM, RCM, and FMECA.

Responsibilities :

Conduct Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) studies on HVAC systems.
Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
Perform Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
Analyze maintenance data and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide remote reliability support, with the flexibility to travel on-site if needed.
Collaborate with internal engineering and maintenance teams to support project delivery.
Document and communicate technical findings in detailed reports.

Requirement :

Minimum 12 years of experience in Maintenance & Reliability Engineering, focusing on HVAC systems.

Proven experience applying RAM, RCM, and FMECA methodologies.

Strong background in the oil & gas or energy sector.

Ability to travel internationally on occasion, if project demands require.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
