We are seeking an experienced Reliability Specialist HVAC to support a long-term Reliability Analysis Services project for a major oil & gas operator. This role will be primarily remote, with occasional on-site support required in the Middle East. The position focuses on maintenance and reliability improvement using methodologies such as RAM, RCM, and FMECA.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) studies on HVAC systems.
- Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
- Perform Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- Analyze maintenance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide remote reliability support, with the flexibility to travel on-site if needed.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and maintenance teams to support project delivery.
- Document and communicate technical findings in detailed reports.
Requirement :
Minimum 12 years of experience in Maintenance & Reliability Engineering, focusing on HVAC systems.Proven experience applying RAM, RCM, and FMECA methodologies.Strong background in the oil & gas or energy sector.Ability to travel internationally on occasion, if project demands require.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
