Job description

This job is for an Audit Associate / Senior Associate responsible for managing client portfolios and ensuring timely payments. You might like this job because you get to solve client inquiries and work closely with a team, all while following clear guidelines.

  • Handle the portfolio assigned within deadline and no penalty is imposed by authority
  • Collection of outstanding payments according to term
  • Handle ad-hoc job assigned by manager and supervisor
  • Solving client enquires and advice client in professional manner
  • Comply with operation manual

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Degree in Accounting / Finance and / or Professional accounting qualification.
  • A good team player. Able to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Able to work independently and in a tight deadline environment.
  • Strong command in oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
