Requirements
- At least with 1-2 years working experience in Manager level at the Bakery, Food & Beverage industry.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa, English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, as required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
- Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
- Willing to travel & possess own transport.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the profitability and performance of outlet.Plan and work to budgets, maximize profit and achieve sales targets set by managementCompletes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.Overseeing daily operations, customer service, staff work schedules, cashiering, food supplies, loss prevention, maintenance and administrative operations.To guide employees to find new ways to generate revenue and enhance the customer experiencePromotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.Maintains staffs by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and motivating staff.Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety, clean environment.Other duties shall be assigned from time to time by the Superior when and while required.Benefits
