About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our team at JME Distribution Sdn. bhd., a leading distributor of automotive products in the Perak and Selangor region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
  • Presenting our products and services effectively to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed your individual sales targets
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other\'s efforts
  • Providing valuable insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What we\'re looking for

  • At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis
  • A driven and competitive spirit, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
