Project Strategist (Property Development)

Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture , Engineering , or related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in architecture, project coordination, or property development. Strong understanding of design drawings, planning concepts, and construction processes. Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar). Willing to be based in Alor Setar, Kedah .
Project Strategist (Property Development)
Review architectural and engineering drawings from consultants to identify design issues, discrepancies, or potential improvements. Work with consultants and internal teams to develop cost-effective, practical, and innovative design solutions. Support township and building design coordination to achieve functional, aesthetic, and sustainable outcomes. Communicate and coordinate closely with Project, QS, Planning, and Marketing teams to align design and project objectives. Ensure all project documentation and drawings are accurate and up to date. Contribute ideas and technical input during design development, tender, and implementation stages.
Key Responsibilities
