Requirements

Required :

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and SEM principles, UTM tracking, and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Zoho Campaigns or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of English in both written and verbal communication.

Preferred :

  • Experience managing B2B & B2C campaigns, particularly in the eLearning and EdTech industry.
  • Exposure to event marketing (e.g., webinars, workshops, masterclasses).
  • Portfolio or samples of campaign assets, content writing, or ads.
  • Knowledge of basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop and Video Editing for content visual creation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with collaborative teams.
  • Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    1. Plan and execute B2B-focused digital campaigns for LearnTech programs targeting corporate clients, HR professionals, and L&D decision- makers across email, LinkedIn, and industry-specific channels.

    2. Create and manage content assets (e.g., brochures, landing pages, sales enablement materials) that position LearnTech offerings as strategic solutions in digital learning and talent development.

    3. Monitor and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive quality leads and increase campaign ROI for learning tech and SaaS-based products.

    4. Manage Zoho Marketing Automation workflows , ensuring segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing flows are optimized for B2B conversion funnels.

    5. Support multi-brand events and webinars by leading content rollout, pre- event engagement, post-event surveys, and data handover to sales teams for follow-up actions.

    6. Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging with brand positioning, campaign objectives, and the specific value propositions of LearnTech and other platform-based offerings.

    Core Competencies Required

    1. SEO & SEM Execution

    Demonstrates practical understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and SEM strategies using tools like Google Ads, Search Console, and keyword planners to boost organic and paid visibility.

    2. Performance-Driven Campaign Analysis

    Applies data-driven decision-making by analyzing campaign results across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and GA4 to continuously improve ROI and lead quality.

    3. Event Marketing Coordination

    Able to manage end-to-end marketing for both virtual and in-person events, including campaign planning, audience targeting, promotion, registration, and post-event reporting.

    4. Cross-Channel Content Creation

    Skilled in developing persuasive and brand-consistent content for landing pages, paid ads, email nurtures, and event comms tailored to various stages of the B2B buyer journey.

    5. Marketing Automation & Lead Funnel Optimization

    Proficient in using Zoho or similar platforms to build lead generation flows, scoring mechanisms, and nurturing sequences that support MQL conversion and sales readiness.
