About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our growing team at Dirasa F&B Catering in Shah Alam, Selangor. As our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement creative, innovative menus that showcase your culinary expertise
• Manage and lead a team of skilled chefs, providing guidance, training and mentorship
• Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to strict health and safety standards
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute catering events and functions
• Continuously seek ways to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dirasa F&B Catering’s reputation for exceptional cuisine
