Responsibilities

  • Support policy compliance by developing, testing, and maintaining procedures and guidelines.
  • Oversee onboarding / offboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while guiding managers and employees.
  • Manage HR data processing and provide process guidance to colleagues.
  • Resolve complex HR operations queries and escalate critical issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to operational improvements by reviewing processes and suggesting enhancements.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement through actions, meetings, and events.
  • Monitor and report noncompliance with policies, procedures, or regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
  • Hands-on experience with HR data processing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to comprehend and implement HR processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex queries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Proven experience with SAP and / or SuccessFactors systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
